Orange Ya Gonna Comment?

According to Changing Minds the color orange can evoke feelings of cheerfulness, low cost, affordability, enthusiasm, stimulation, and creativity.
Kandinsky believed that the color orange communicates radiant, healthy, and serious  qualities.

Low Cost? I think not!

This guy's neighbors were not feeling cheerful when
he decided to go orange.
I guess it can be over stimulating eh?
I am much more enthusiastic about this application.

My uber-chic co worker Brooke has been in love with orange of late. Another of my distinguished colleagues absolutely detests it. I at this time am neutral about orange.

Tell me how you feel

  1. You're right, I am OBSESSED with orange lately. I think it's because orange is so unexpected and happy! Don't we all need a little jolt of happy surprise these days? And how chic does it look with chocolate browns or charcoal grays. I think it all started when I received my navy blue trench in the mail, and SURPRISE! gorgeous orange lining! It makes me happy even if no one can see it. Ok, ok, I'll get off my orange tyraid, lol.

  2. P.S. I don't necessarily agree with orange looking low-cost or affordable. I think expensive and high end! The Hermes Birkin is the perfect example. What I wouldn't do for that bag...

  4. Remember how much I love orange? It's been over a year since this post and I still die over it. Sigh...
